LOL! Back in the day, the only smokes I ever used were menthols. Salem and Alpine. Something about that menthol hit on a crisp winter morning... Heck, if I were out of smokes and somebody offered me a non menthol, I wouldn't even take it. I did love those things. The only reason I quit was that I was afraid of getting sick. That, and the fact that every time I had a coffee, I had to have a cigarette. Same with beer. Didn't want to be a slave to them.
