The republican party needs some sort of litmus test they can give to people like McCain, Ryan, Romney and a way to eject them from the party when they fail said test.
Why doesn’t the dem party have a bunch of DINOs?
I think those types like the Rino label better. They have more latitude to backstab without consequence.
