Sen. Elizabeth Warren’s (D-Mass.) campaign said roughly 15,000 people attended her rally in Seattle on Sunday night.

The top-tier Democratic presidential candidate has seen large crowds in recent weeks, with an event in St. Paul, Minn., last week drawing about 12,000, according to her campaign.

Her event Sunday had to move locations from the WaMu Theater, with a capacity of 7,000, to the International Fountain at Seattle Center in order to accommodate more people.

Warren billed her event Sunday as the “Seattle Town Hall,” and it was her first in Washington since launching her campaign.

A spokesperson for Warren’s campaign confirmed the crowd size to The Hill and said it was the largest of her campaign to date.

There is no way this crowd is 15,000. I put it at 1,500.

If you start counting people starting at the upper right side of the picture and count the people over to where the left edge of the left most U.S. flag is located, there are 200 people.

Over the past few months, I have established that Warren is now the front-runner for the Democratic nomination.

She by far earned the most new Twitter followers (about 150k) among the Democrats during the month of July. Trump picked up nearly a million new followers by comparison.

Sneak preview for my August update, Warren is on track to pick up 200K new followers. However, Trump is on track to pick up well over one million.

So Warren has a long way to go. Will any other Democrat candidate approach 200K new followers for August ? You might be surprised. Stay tuned.

Yeah that looks about right. The place looks packed. I think Warren is a definite contender.

Can she appeal to centrists?

She’s going to try, and she may be more convincing than we may think.

That’s why Trump has to keep her boxed in with the Left.

i live within 0.5 miles of that location. There were probably > 10,000 folks there.

But keep in mind that this is Seattle - so that if they announced another pu**y hat march, there would be 100,000 women that would attend.

Warren is probably the best campaigner of the bunch.

The Clown Car is going to empty out quickly.

She lacks appeal on a personal level (awkward as heck and reportedly not so friendly/likable behind the scenes) but I suspect she may be an effective chameleon. I think the biggest problem might be the average (likely majority) folk who vote but don't pay much attention to politics other than the Trump-bashing snippets they catch on the evening "news."

I still maintain that, barring any major developments (i.e. war, etc), if the economy stays strong, Trump wins.

People who want free stuff want that free stuff because they are lazy. They can’t be bothered to come to a rally.
