Believe me. He will win no new voters with current style, will lose some who are tired of his manner. And he needs lots of new voters.

He needs to fight back. Hard! And he needs to do it with truth and condemnation of lies and misdeeds, but not with name calling and rudeness. He is truly gratuitously rude.

In my 30 years of working in hospitals, I've realized physicians with good bedside manners don't make the best docters.

The good diagnosticians are usually a lot rougher to deal with, but have better skill sets.

So it is with Trump. I'm sure there's a lot of other Republicans that will sugar coat it for you. Vote for them.

But we don’t vote for doctors. Donald needs votes. He will not lose his base if he hold tough, but quits name calling and the rest. And it is apparently true that he will gain more voters by changing style.
