What kind of crap article is this? And who ever heard of “The Reporter”? Probably published in some libtard’s mom’s basement.
I wouldnt be surprised if Pres. Trump recommends somebody for the job.
Forty-plus potential Demonrat candidates for president and “not one of them worth a bucket of warm spit.”—John Nance Garner
Possibly Pence.
There’s speculation, useless speculation, and waste of brainage. This manages to be all three at once.
Close, but neutered from the original quote.
If he does run for reelection, he will have no serious challenge from the GOP because he defeated 15 of them during his first run.
There may be a couple of fringe GOPers who try — Kasich, Flake, etc.
Joe Bite-me.
Pence, with his buttoned suit coat while sitting with Pelosi and Schumer, looked totally incapable of leading dogs.
LOL! I stopped reading there.
Flake needs to be run out of Arizona. Kasich needs the fear of God instilled in him by the REPUBLICANS in Ohio. We need to go rat on this.
The question of who to succeed Trump in 2024 is interesting. I know it won't be Cruz, Rubio, or any of the current crop of losers. And back to tradition, it won't be anyone on Capital Hill. Maybe Pence? Seems loyal but not inspirational, nor a scrapper. Great back bench as VP.
I really know little about current governors. Maybe Abbott?
I most certainly have. It was a liberal magazine in the 1950's and 1960's edited by Max Ascoli. "The Reporter" was a good source for those who wanted to learn the liberal party line.
I’ve got my eye on Willard in 2020. If he thinks there’s an opening he’ll make a run. If not he’ll wait for 2024. I despise him.
I noticed that too. Pence was like ‘The Man Who Wasn’t There’
yesterday. I don’t know if the president wanted it that way.
I tend to think he didn’t. Pence was asked or instructed to be there. He was on the edges of the Ring of Fire, just cooling his heels. The Donald may think about that before selecting his running mate for 2020. The other three didn’t even see a reason to acknowledge him.
Pence looked uncomfortable. I understand the discomfort, to some degree.
The president is very uninhibited. Most politicians are not used to that, especially GOP politicians. Paul Ryan used to retreat in his snail shell all the time when around Mr. Trump’s sounding off sessions.
So what would those "other leading issues" be..?
Enquiring minds seek answers.
The way I read it, Mike Pence is basically functioning as Trump’s chief of staff right now.
