Asian Americans for the 2018 Midterm Elections

Posted on 09/12/2018 1:36:32 AM PDT by Doreener

Chinese Americans are the wealthiest and best-educated Americans. They should learn to choose candidates who truly represent their self-interest.

Republican politicians who support fair competition in the markets and in the schools best represent Asian American Republicans. They believe in rejecting anyone who supports the use of race rather than merit to pick winners, losers and even Harvard students. In the 1992 presidential election, 55 percent of Asian Americans voted Republican.

For the 2018 midterm elections, Nevada, Southern California, New Jersey and Virginia could be important battlegrounds in congressional races for Asian-American GOP votes, according to Karthick Ramakrishnan, a public policy professor at the University of California, Riverside. Texas, Florida, New Jersey and Nevada also have Senate races where AAPI GOP voters could affect the outcome, he said.

Gotta give it up to Chinese Americans, who are the wealthiest and best-educated Americans?

When Chinese Americans come to The U.S. they don't know English & most probably still don't & they are the wealthiest and best-educated Americans? WOW!

Compare Chinese Americans to African Americans, it's no contest! African Americans know English & most are still poor!!!

As Chinese American I have never voted for democrats, ever. Democrats are simply about how to distribute but govern. Higher taxes are what they want. On this Asian voters issue I observe that gop did not do enough to reach out. There are a lot of snowflakes among Asians. They won’t vote for you if you don’t embrace them, even though voting for democrats are against their own interests.
