U.S. President Donald Trumps former aide Steve Bannon sought to use personal information collected online to promote a culture war, a whistleblower on now-defunct political data firm Cambridge Analytica told U.S. senators on Wednesday.
Bannon, a former Cambridge Analytica vice president, saw cultural warfare as a means to create enduring change in American politics, testified Christopher Wylie, who says information about tens of millions of Facebook (FB.O) users ended up in Cambridge Analyticas hands.
Bannons attorney William Burck did not immediately respond to an email request for comment on Wylies testimony....

Obama used social media with extreme skill. Trump just did the same and no laws were violated by Obama nor Trump. Obama has violated many laws but none of those have to do with social media as did Trump not violate any of the same laws concerning social media.

what social media “laws” are you referring to?
I tend to discount the seriousness of liberal Canadian homos who give important testimony sporting pink hair. People like that tend to be unreliable drama queens in my view. I don’t care much what he said as it is all most likely made up from his unstable imagination.
