You’d think the citizens of Massachusetts would rise up and sue as their voting power was being watered down.

The “citizens of Massachusetts” and upcoming non-citizens are not exactly what one would term “discerning”.
Proof: Kennedys, Fauxahantis, etc.
This is so wrong. The only point being made by this is that the democrats failed to get their ideas across to real American Citizens and now need to import, lie, cheat and steal in order to remain relevant in this country.
How is this not unconstitutional? Liberal courts will strike down legitimately-passed congressional districts for “disenfranchising” this or that group, but they’ll allow an illegal alien to cancel out an actual citizen’s vote?

This actually makes sense. After all, illegals are impacted by laws, so they should have a say in who makes those laws. And come to think of it, children are also impacted by those laws. Children should also have the right to vote.
And my state has a law that requires my cat to be vaccinated once every three years. My cat finds that law to be unnecessary and burdensome (and painful). Therefore, my cat should have the right to vote.
Since my cat is always asking for stuff, I’ll bet she’d register as a Democrat.
Can they file absentee ballots from their home countries?
What about their family members back home? Can they vote by absentee ballot in Massachusetts elections?
I think that is patently unconstitutional.
The key takeaway here is that doing this will make vote fraud in state & national elections MUCH easier & nearly impossible to stop.

As if MA needed to anything to solidify their solud blue status.
MA along with CA, OR, WA, HI, MN, IL, NY, CT, RI, VT, MD as well as CO, NV and VA is a lost cause Blue state.
