Cruz faces a strong Democrat challenge to hold his seat in the Senate next year. Hispanic, black, Californian, Yankee, and native white liberals threaten the long GOP hold in the Lone Star State. The Jones win in Alabama has emboldened the Left. If there is any substance to the allegations of Cruzs infidelity with a staffer, the MSM, including the big city dailies like the Dallas Morning News and the Houston Chronicle, will make the anti-Roy Moore campaign look like a walk in the park. Cruz cannot afford to alienate anybody, especially Trump.
If Texas goes purple or blue, game over.
If Texas goes purple or blue, game over. Unfortunately it will. Changing the demographics of certain key Republican states has always been the game plan of the left. Just look at Florida. It recently welcomed 200,000 Puerto Ricans to the I-4 corridor. Most will be voting for free stuff, so it's bad news for the Rs.
