That neighborhood, gentrifying, formerly lower/middle class black,
rarely has a white guy mugged, much less killed. It’s bad for business.

The local “crews” avoid it since it really cranks up the local police district (there are 7 in DC.) The WaPo wouldn’t really report a black guy getting killed (and robbed), but the white guy would: It is very unusual.

It also scares off a lot of white customers for drugs.

Isn't this sort of contradicted by the report that Brazile feared for her own life after Rich was murdered? If he were killed because he was white, she wouldn't have much cause to fear for her own life; and I'm not sure why the Russians would care about either Seth Rich or Donna Brazile.

How could this woman know how perfidious the Clintons were with the whole DNC/cheating Sanders business and God knows what else, yet not even suspect they had a hand in burning Seth Rich?

I am still curious about her “helped keep him at the DNC” statement. AlbertasChild noted yesterday that Donna came to DNC after Seth Rich’s murder. So what sort of “help” was required? Who was trying to kick him out of the DNC and why (the pretend reason and the real reason)? Russians? It matters a lot, because it provides additional motive and urgency for Rich to give WikiLeaks the files.
