Both former President Bushes had choice words for current President Donald Trump in a new book scheduled to be published later this month, with the elder Bush reportedly calling the billionaire commander-in-chief a blowhard and flatly stating he does not like him.
Presidents George Bush and George W. Bush, the 41st and 43rd top executives respectively, spoke to author Mark K. Updegrove for the book The Last Republicans. It detailed the relationship between the father-and-son presidents and how they were fretful of what Trump had done to the Republican Party.
Furthermore, both ex-presidents admitted they did not vote for Trump. The elder Bush pulled the lever for Democrat Hillary Clinton while the younger told Updegrove he voted for none of the above.
I dont like him, George Bush said in May 2016 according to a The New York Times on Saturday. I dont know much about him, but I know hes a blowhard. And Im not too excited about him being a leader.
George W. Bush took umbrage with Trumps divisive brand of political machinery, a common accusation the current president faced along the campaign trail as throughout his first year in office.....

In George’s defense, you can’t vote for a guy who rubs your brother’s nose in poo.
Newsweak?
Bush?
So yesterday. Why no mention of the Edsel?
Well well well, after watching you two I don’t like y’all either, Trump is a threat to your pay day...how us brother Bill doing...

What embarrassment is next for the Bushes? Taking up community organizing?
So the "Last Republicans" voted for Hillary? Then it is past due for Trump to have blown up the so-called Republican Party.
No wonder the Bush Clan is mad, they thought Jeb! or Hillary were shoe-ins, and it really didn't matter to the Deep State / Globalists which got in to office. It was a sure-fired plan on the Left and Right. Only Trump came along and blew all their plans into smithereens. Thank God!
Sad.
Oh, the pooooooor Bush family. Trump denied them any repeat of the broken Bush political dynasty. And now? They are among sorriest case of poor losers in American politics.
One thing that constantly amazes me, how the LEFT can demonize a GOPe RINO to an almost nth degree and then that IDIOT(s) will gracefully join them in almost anything following the campaign. To them, it is nothingness, ‘it is just politics’ and they just go right on.
To US, their supporters and donors, this just gives LICENSE to the LEFT which pays no penalty on the personal level for truly malicious and lying attacks. The opposite does NOT OCCUR, the LEFT will hold animus against all true conservatives forever. The desire to be magnanimous only flows from right to LEFT with only occasional and rare back eddies.
It’s an unpleasant truth to have to admit, but the Democrats were right: George W. Bush is an idiot. So is George H. W. Bush.
Yup. They put family above country. Sort of like the mafia.
Read my lips George: We don’t give a damn what you and your elitist liberal friends and family think about president Trump.
Whatever.
The Bush’s book, “The Last Republicans” might be well named, in the sense they where the leaders of the GOPe, and RINOs.
Thankfully, that era is gone. It started on January 20th, 1989 (BTW, I witnessed that first hand as a volunteer military escort) and got trounced by Clinton/Perot because we were told to read his lips... and he lied. Then Bob Dole took up the RINO mantle, and promptly lost to the tag team once more. Four years later, we elected the LAST successful RINO.
Both ULTRA RINOs McCain and Romney couldn’t even beat a avowed anti-American Marxist/Racist!
So along comes Trump. Says NO! to everything the RINOs stand for. Fights back, hard. Never gives up. Enemy of the RINOs AND the democrats.
So fine. Let’s not lose a minute of sleep over the Bush condemnation.
It is, in my opinion, a badge of Honor for President Trump.
He CARES about the American worker, not the Politically Correct Offshore-building CEO. He cares for the American worker, not the pro-illegal labor Chamber of Commerce.
There is a dividing line in conservatism. Pro “We the People”, or pro “We the 1% elite”.
It’s been there since Bush 1 took the reins for “We the People” Ronald Reagan.
Who should conservatives stand with?
Bushies prefer Hillary to Trump, what a surprise.
“Uniparty” and “globalists” are not fictional terms, they are factual.
President Trump has done the USA a great service by getting the ruling class cretins to drop their masks. I am glad GHWB made it long enough to see JEB! humiliated by President Trump.
Well that figures...
...I held my nose when I voted for those 2 RINO’s.
Furthermore George Sr’s failure to remove Saddam back in Desert Storm is directly responsible for all the mudslime advances since. The remnants of Western Civ is teetering on the ramparts because of those 2 patrician phoneys.
Thanks a lot to the both of you.
From the family that brought us David Souter and John Roberts...
Old man Bush is demented and W is spiteful.
Don't ever talk about how much “class" the Bushes supposedly have.
