Was driving this morning with the radio on and heard a bit of NPR (not on purpose..). The meme was all about how our reactions to the terrorists are promoting terrorism. They then went on to talk about how small the risk is for anyone to be involved in a terror attack. Essentially they were saying to just live your life and ignore it. I kid you not.
If it was one of their family members who had been killed, I’m sure it would be more concerning to them. What they are saying essentially is that losing a ‘few’ lives here and there is okay, as long as we continue to be politically correct and true to the liberal theme. Oh, and because they said it on NPR, and they spoke in calm voices with careful diction, it’s the ‘intelligent and worldly’ viewpoint..
