I am shaking with frustration at the lack of a coherent, national strategy to defeat Donald Trump. I’m surrounded by liberal and progressive echo chambers that are deaf to the reality that we’re facing.
If you think Trump is seconds away from impeachment or implosion, let me ask you this: When is the last time you watched Fox News? Try Sean Hannity or Fox & Friends, not Shepard Smith or Chris Wallace. Or when is the last time you looked at Breitbart News? How about the last time you watched Trump or somebody from his administration speaking more than five minutes, and not a clipped segment from an opposition source?
If you don’t have regular exposure to any of these (or similar) avenues for understanding the pro-Trump world, how in the world can you credibly say you have any idea what is happening (or what is going to happen)? You’re probably like me, which is somebody who was utterly shocked by Trump’s November victory. But, unlike you, I refuse to be surprised again. So I fixed my problem. Have you done anything about yours?
The current Democratic strategy (more like complete lack of one) revolves around the false assumption that Trump has somehow lost support since November. But riddle me this: What’s the approval rating of the people who voted for him? Any idea? Probably not if you didn’t vote for him, but I’ll help you out: more than 80 percent. Know what that means? He’d win again. Approval ratings mean nothing if you aren’t measuring the block of voters that won Trump to the presidency.
I’m not predicting a wave of Republican victories in 2018. But I am shocked at the complete obliviousness of just about everybody who didn’t vote for Trump. People are so blind with rage that they can’t see clearly. And while I find it hard to condemn that (I certainly loath his utter lack of integrity), it’s time to get over that. Because if you can’t accept him for who he is, we will never be able to organize ourselves in the coherent manner necessary to beat him.
I want to see wins at the state and congressional level. But right now we’re simply setting ourselves up for another “upset” (this time predictable, at least in my humble opinion). Are you ready to change? Are you ready to accept reality so we can win and stop this nonsense?
Prove it.
The difference is we were angry, but we weren’t (in their numbers) blindly quaking with impotent, irrational rage.
For the most part, we recognized that a political process had taken place, and that anti-American, racist POS had been elected.
Liberals were completely blindsided, didn’t even consider it, and refuse to accept reality. Their irrationality is stunning on such a large scale.
Someone needs to change Russell’s diaper.
Rabid stupidity will not work either but the Democrats keep on trying it.

............AND starting a nice, cool, RAGEING AND ENDLESS civil war? (Who has most of the guns? AND Knows how to use them? Which side has concentrated itself in nice, clear TARGET AREAS??)

The Conservatives THOUGHT that the GOPe, Republicans, republicans and conservatives (little letters on purpose) were as upset about Obama’s tyrannical actions as we Conservatives...we were mistaken!!

Just two days ago I made another of many token bets ($1, or maybe a drink).
You won’t believe how easy it is right now to get Trump haters to bet Trump ont make it another two months without being removed from office! In fact, they bring it up!
They are so completely isolated in the fake news echo chamber, they think I’m the one that’s totally oblivious if I think he’ll make it another two months.
Then in two months after I earn my beer or $1 or whatever, they will gladly double down - they are absolutely sure Trump is a dead man walking.
This one guy was saying Trump “must have an IQ of like 50 or something”. The other haters nodded in agreement.
