Both my doctors made me drop all that in June before I get sicker and die. My kitchen looks looks like an article from Mother Earth News now. No bread, pasta, fried anything, potatoes (which really bites because I have a barrel of redskin potatoes growing on my patio). I
have dropped 22 pounds and learned to make pizza crust from riced cauliflower, though.
