That's good stuff.
by 2020 people will be saying Jeff Who? Come to think of it, most people say that now. The dems/media are getting more and more delusional every day.
I really believe that their overheated rhetoric, and their white hot anger, and outrage, is contributing to Global Warming.
I’m just wondering if they’ll be able to maintain this high level of manufactured outrage all the way to 2020.
The Amnesty Senators MUST GO!
Corker, Hatch, Heller and Flake in 2018
Graham and Alexander in 2020
Murkowsky, Hoeven and Rubio in 2022
Remove them from office before they give away our country.
I don’t blame Republicans for contingency planning, since Trump could have a heart attack tomorrow.
But if ANY REPUBLICAN thinks he has a prayer against Trump head to head, they are simply DREAMING. Before Trump was president, one could make a case that he couldn’t be trusted as a conservative...now we know that he is just that - a conservative. There basically isn’t any room for any other Republican to run...but they’re welcome to try anyway!
My prediction is that the Bill Krystols and Jeff Flakes of the world will huff and puff, and be unable to blow anything down.
I’m also guessing Trump will refuse to attend any Potemkin “debates” rigged by the enemedia (if any candidates even get that far), and any the Jeff Flakes on stage attack Trump exclusively with Democrat/enemedia talking points and Trump Tweets his responses in real time the first debate will collapse due to zero ratings, and the rest will cancelled.
Remember:
allahpundit = idiot
>>Corker, Hatch, Heller and Flake in 2018<<
Are there any challengers to Corker yet?
Don’t forget to throw in the fact that he’s a practicing Mormon. In AZ, with it’s large herd of Mormon “sheep” voters, he was able to win a Senate seat, but no longer. And FWIW Egg McMuffin is a Romney Mormon.
There are three Mormon Senators up for re-election next year: Hatch (UT), Flake (AZ) and Heller (NV). They all need to be turned out because they represent a “church” that is knee deep” in the illegal immigration trade.
Meanwhile, Kelli Ward leads Jeffie the Flake by 25 points.
While I don’t doubt Trump can win the 2020 Pub primary, I’m not so sure about the general election. Trump won in 2016 because of the wave of enthusiasm associated with MAGA & some very specific promises made by Trump.
By early 2020, if Trump has failed to deliver on some of those promises, his base may stay home on election day. If he fails to deliver tax cuts, Obamacare repeal, at least an indictment of Clinton & Co. & the Wall, he will be in deep trouble with his voters.
Trump voters are fed up with the business as usual in Washington. Trump promised to change that. If he fails, his reelection is doomed.
Already I am personally discouraged by the firing of Bannon, Gorka, & others, all proponents of MAGA. It appears that Left leaning members of his admin., led by Ivanka & Jared, are turning Trump’s head away from MAGA, while McMasters & Tillerson are bastardizing his foreign policy ideas. Sessions is spending his time chasing Marijuana smokers, while Hillary & the Leftist corruption machine continues to thrive, no indictments in sight.
Fair warning for Trump: No wall, no Clinton indictments, a rearranging of the income tax chairs rather than a real fix, & Trump will lose badly in November 2020 as his base stays home in disgust & I will be among them. The enthusiasm for MAGA disappears when voters realize it was all a ruse to feed the narcissism of Trump.
To say it plainly: President Trump, either sh*t or get off the pot.
For sure, the Never Trumpers will put up another Libertarian or other candidate to take away conservative votes.
However, 2020 is a long way off and lots of things could change.
