This is critical Flake must be dumped in the primary. It’s the only way to get some measure of revenge against McTraitor. If Flake wins the Primary it will embolden the GOPe if he’s beaten it will be a wake up call. Flake is obviously pandering to the Rats to vote for him in the Primary. He must run against 1 and only 1 opponent. The GOP base cannot be split.

Some of the provisions are unconstitutional. Even though the constitution gives congress the power to regulate commerce with foreign nstions, it doesn’t give congress the power to regulate presidential authority to respond for the good of the nation to emergent situations in the relations with other nations.

A key distinction is that even though Trump may have disagreed with some aspects he SIGNED the bill. Trump did not make a public spectacle of opposing the bill because he did not agree with all aspects of the bill.
