Leftists Are Hypocritical Drama Queens; Keep Tweeting Trump
Townhall ^ | July 5, 2017 | Josh Goldstein

Leftists are such drama queens. The fakeness in which they cry over, CNN, Mika Brzezinski, Mika Scarborough, or whatever her latest iteration may be, is laughable.

The left, like CNN and Mika, spends their lives trying to destroy people, especially conservatives. They use the media, primarily through the track of political correctness in order to shame decent people into silence. And the left is trying to destroy this Republican president, as they have tried all Republican presidents since Nixon.

Like Nixon, Trump is not as conservative as many think but the left wants to destroy him anyway because they are drunk with lust; lust for power and lust for money. The left says bad things, horrid things, about Trump every day. They destroyed Nixon who covered up a third rate burglary he did not even know about while letting their favorite senator, Ted Kennedy, get away with letting a girl drown in his car. They could have refused to seat him or, minimally, censured him. Instead they shamefully welcomed him back to the Senate. The hypocrisy continues and the people are beyond tired of it.

Trump, an astute and intelligent observer of people, grew up seeing how power was used and so did Brzezinski’s fellow host, Joe Scarborough. The difference is Trump has grown while Scarborough caved.

Joe Scarborough, though no longer a Congressman, is a classic Washington insider. Scarborough wants to be accepted by the elites and he could not be one of them as a Republican Congressman elected in the Gingrich Revolution. So instead of beating them, he joined them via his leftist co-host Mike Brzezinski. Increasingly leftist by the day, maybe now Scarborough will get invited to more overpriced Washington, Manhattan, and Hollywood parties.

The left offers a tempting path but going with the left is, like Yoda said, choosing “the quick and easy path.”

The same public that recognizes Nixon did wrong, and that Trump is brash but did not collude with Russia, also see the forces of the politically correct darkness on the left. The people are tired of being divided by race, class, gender, or whatever category the left dreams of. Our citizenry want to be Americans.

And this is why the people love Trump. Finally, here is a man who is what we have asked for, for years, in our politicians. We have asked, and even begged, for someone who will speak his mind without regard to what the media says. This is why even the evangelicals voted for him overwhelmingly.

The left further hates Trump because he was in their crowd before turning on them. Hey may not be as conservative as Ted Cruz or Mike Lee, but he will never ever be with the likes of Nancy Pelosi and Hillary Clinton. Even worse for the left, he appoints the Supreme Court.

Finally, Trump knows how to defeat the left. He did it. He defeated their so called Blue Wall with calls to build a Great Wall. A testament to the left’s character, or lack thereof, is in how they dealt with their defeat. They did not learn from it but instead keep doing the same things and keep losing more elections, while defriending their few conservative friends on Facebook. They keep claiming political correctness and the American people are tired of it. The left is made up of intolerant dividers and cannot take their own medicine. And Trump will keep being Trump.

Could Trump be nicer? That would be nice. But the left will never do its part and take out the plank in its own eye. The left is intoxicated with government power and assaulting all that is good with America, even to the point of endangering the safety of our citizens. These are the people who insult Americans but then tell us how we should live. They attack the president, viciously, along with his wife and children and say nothing when their allies do the same. But when it happens to them, they can’t take it.

We are in a culture war for the soul of our country and there is not much time left. Could it be that this brash, once leftist, New Yorker was not only the one individual who could beat Crooked Hillary but the one individual who could, as president, punch back at the fake news and turn them on their head? He certainly is doing that and he deserves our support. He is taking them on. He is winning and we are not tired of winning. Keep tweeting Mr. President. We’ve got your back.

I just checked in on the 4chan kids and they are already on it. CNN is a part of Time/Warner. The ATT merger is still in the works. If folks start dropping ATT today that $85Billion dollar deal may not happen. I suppose that will hurt them more than me trashing a TV or walking out of an eatery.

I already avoid airports and have purchased a toy hauler travel trailer. Rely on Skype for teleconferences rather than traveling to board rooms.

I more or less have to travel by air. I recently discovered the joy of Amtrak, but traveling by train is time-consuming and the number of destinations is limited.

I think that rather than avoiding places that show CNN, complaining that they do so might be more effective.

Well then, go ahead. BTW, don’t contact me for your bail. CNN is a virtual bear in the news world, or at least starting with the era of Trump, was. Be patient, the bear is about to be relegated to junk status really soon.

Knowing that CNN most likely used its leverage within Time-Warner to get to the account of the Reddit user, now they can kiss goodbye the proposed merger approval with AT&T. One would think that AT&T would most likely pull their offer rather than the FCC having to even offer anything of an up or down ruling. CNN just went from being “controversial” as stated recently by the boss at AT&T, to now being toxic.

I’ve had AT&T cell phone service for decades, and I loved Uverse when I had it.

I have been thinking about going to Google cell phone service, which seems to be a lot cheaper. But Google is another of these large companies which seems to have kooky leftists at the helm. (Which begs the question, how can they use the principles of free market to enrich themselves and still push socialist propaganda?)

I wish you could pick and choose your channels on cable TV. I am paying for CNN because it is part of the package from Comcast, yet we never watch it. Why can’t we choose the channels we get? I think that without the subsidy via the cable pricing structure, CNN would wither away.

I have voiced my complaints in establishments before and when presented with the opportunity, still do so. It is just because of my changed traveling habits, I have not the need to complain as much, therefore making my life more enjoyable. If I go into an eating establishment with friends and see a tube with CNN on it, I ask to be seated in a place where I cannot see CNN specifically before even being seated. If I get any kind of resistance from the hostess, I politely ask to see the manager.

Anywhere along the road when I feel the need, I pull off in a rest area and can go directly to my kitchen, bedroom or even get connected to be in my mobile office. Same applies to when I get to my destination. No more having to deal with the crappy “free” breakfasts and having to eat behind someone who sneezes all over the buffet line or wipes their nose or face before picking up a serving spoon.

Thanks, I bookmarked those links.

I get phone, internet, and cable as a package.

I could go back to land lines for phone. (I will never make cell phones my primary phone for the house; the sound quality makes them very difficult for me to understand.)

As far as I’m concerned, we don’t need TV at all. But my husband is addicted to it.

I just got a Roku Express, dumped Dish, and when I set up Roku took great pleasure in not choosing CNN, PBS and certain other streaming channels. Britbox, Netflix, YouTube and Amazon Prime provide enough good entertainment for a lifetime,

It looks like the 4chan kids have already gone postal on other “creative ways” to deal with this.

It amazes me that CNN will run through four hours, with 50-percent Trump-news (mostly all negative) with at least 30 different Trump-experts in that four-hour period.

It does make you wonder who watches this stuff or, more importantly, who takes it seriously.

They are effectively a 24-hr troll operation. Many have pointed out that a significant portion of their claimed audience is from their presence in airports where hapless travelers resort to music through headphones to drown it out.

Once upon a time CNN may have delivered weather, sports news, etc. but even they would admit it's strictly a partisan political gabfest now. Where are the Congress members or DHS administrators questioning or challenging CNN's suitability for broadcast to the general public in airports funded by the public?
