I’ve been doing some checking on this “story”.
I am not actually questioning the story directly. But I did a search of “Wisconsin day 3 recount update” on the web, and found a bunch of stories pretty much quoting virtually this same story, but not major news stories on this, at least that I could find yet.
I did however find this story posted one hour ago, which did not mention this.

Again I am not challenging this story directly, but I am just looking for some form of verification this story is true?
It comes about because people don't understand the spreadsheet they're reading from the WI recount, which includes areas not yet fully recounted. In those areas not fully recounted, but started, they had 18,000+ votes still to recount as of day 3.
The WI recount website accounts for literally every single vote that has changed. We are now on DAY 5. As of day 5, Trump has gained a net of +26 votes. (He's picked up around 310 votes, and the PIAPS has picked up around 280.)

the issue is that Milwaukee County
is reporting partial results of various municipalities.
absentee votes have not been included yet in these partial results.

What I would love to see happen is for these recounts to pick up more votes for Trump than for Hillary.
Maybe then, this idiocy about recounts will go away.
Otherwise, I’m afraid that we’re going to be stuck with recounts following every presidential election where the Democrat didn’t win.
However, I would like to see audits—how many of those voting in any heavily liberal district are actually qualified to vote? And how many are registered more than once? Etc.

When you look at the Excel spreadsheet showing the progress of the recount, look to see if those large subtraction numbers are matched by the number of precinct votes for each candidate on the far left column. If those numbers match, that means those votes haven’t been recounted yet. There’s no five-digit subtraction for anyone.
