Politically too late I mean. It's pretty clear that early voting is too popular to do away with. So we must at least make sure people can only vote in one state.
Counter-sue Stein or have your lawyer file an amicus brief (the latter would be less costly).

can negate any and all “said early voting” regarding ALL Federal positions on the ballot in every State...
IF they start early enough in the process (AKA: Yesterday).

At least where I vote (New York of all places) we only vote on election day and use paper ballots. Maybe the rest of the country should copy New York! In this one thing, at least.

The FEC, under DJT, can mandate that states purge their rolls, targeting non-residents, non citizens and the deceased before the next FEDERAL election cycle. They would be required to report back to the FedGov according to their actions otherwise they WILL NOT be eligible for FEDERAL election funds; for their Senators, their Congressmen and their POTUS campaign (AKA: walking around money).
Best scenario? States begin to purge their rolls NOW.

I saw Chris Wallace on Fox News Sunday interview (sort of--he could barely get a word in edgewise) Stein yesterday. Boy, she wouldn’t shut up. Non-stop blabberer and Wallace could hardly get her to stop long enough so he could ask her a question. She never did answer Wallace’s question, asked multiple times, about how many votes she got in the election.
I never heard of her before the recount started. I can see now why she was at the bottom of the vote count in the election. Insufferable, manic talker who just won’t shut up. I pity her poor husband. She is America’s bitchy ex-wife. Can it be possible she is worse than Hillary? Yes. And now with her recount scam, she will become the brown stain on the nation's collective underpants.
