Windflier has no obligation to disprove your assertions. You raised your view and put it into controversy. The burden of proof is on YOU as it should be. If you know what you are talking about, PROVE IT! What is pathetic is imagining that you can make any old preposterous claim and then insist that those who disagree prove YOU wrong. Come up with a prima facie case for what you stated and the burden may shift but not until.

You are apparently quite prepared to stubbornly insist that anyone disagreeing with you PROVE you wrong. That is not the way it works.

Thanks, Black Elk. Pretty hard to believe this guy has been posting here for sixteen years and still doesn’t understand the most basic rules of debate.

Funny thing - in my first post to him, I only asked, “are you sure?” It was an honest question, and I even followed with the admission that I don’t have a good recollection of her face.

It would have been all too easy for him to simply look it up, or just assure me that his recall was very good, and that yes, that is her in the photo.
