Republican U.S. Sen. Mike Crapo of Idaho says he’ll be voting for Donald Trump after all. This, after Crapo earlier this month rescinded his endorsement of the presidential candidate.

In a statement released Monday, Crapo says he will vote for Trump to keep Hillary Clinton from becoming president. “The choice we have is between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton. Given that choice, I will vote for the Republican ticket, Trump and Pence. We must elect a President who will appoint strong Supreme Court justices who will interpret the Constitution as it was written and who will help lead us to a stronger free market economy and a more limited constitutional government,” Crapo said....

The internal polls must be 180 degrees from the media polls or all these #NeverTrump types wouldn't be coming back home. Down below this the Ohio GOP chairman just did the same exact thing and there are probably others.

Doesn’t cost him anything either way. Consider the source.

The problem is that the damage might already be done. So I suggest we not forget the names of the #NeverTrump people. Win or lose on Nov 8, there needs to be a reckoning.

I see it the other way around, IMHO. These bastards are all going to endorse Trump the moment they think he has NO chance of winning. They do it in congress all the time. That way, they get to be on both snides of the issue, while at the same time being (R) in the end (for the snake of the Party, y’know how it is).

This is good news but it needs high publicity.

These rinos getting on board this late in the game could be because they know they’ll be dealing with a “President” Trump. I pray

In a desperate fight, all allies are welcome. A few leaders must always show the way to a host of followers. Pride is hard to swallow, and some take longer than others to choke it down. I’ll take Crapo’s change of heart and welcome a lot more of them.

He's probably been finding it hard to sit down lately. The fine people of Kentucky have been warming his keister mightily I'm sure.

Yep that’s his name. I can’t believe his family didn’t change their name. I’m sure he’s heard all the jokes over the years.

My dad knew somebody whose family name was Lifshitz, and they changed their name , for reasons we can all understand.

Which is why we show them the door after Nov 8, regardless of the outcome of the election.
