The GOPs plan was to lose Pennsylvania, Florida, and Ohio.
Then the hit mic video gave them an excuse to make their sabotage public.
The hot mic video had no effect on voter sentiment, but it did give the saboteurs an excuse to publicly renounce Trump. Local offices were shut down, and Senators and Congressmen and other Republicans were told that endorsing Trump would lead to funding being cut off.
Oh, so it’s over? Well, that was fun while it lasted.
I think that means something but I don't know what.
'night all
And ALL of those stinkers, especially that POS Paul Ryan, can go to HELL...ASAP!
On the other hand, I have read several stories that showed the local GOP doing a good job for Trump. I'm sure some states are better than others.
And we know what happened four years ago. Romney's election day get out the vote imploded when the software did not work until 4 pm and by that time it was too late. It turns out no one tested the software, which was a shocking oversight.
It is difficult to know for certain how much it helps. The hope is that those people who show up for the down ballot races will vote for Trump...it does stand to reason that is what will happen.
Even the Koch brothers are running their own get out the vote operation for down ballot candidates. They did not endorse Trump, so they are not working for him, but they are spending gobs of money on it. It's got to help Trump.
