WILKES-BARRE TWP. Republican presidential nominee Donald J. Trump made a stop Monday at the Mohegan Sun Arena. Flanked by former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani, Alabama senator Jeff Sessions and several other local lawmakers, Trump made his passionate plea to have the packed arena get out and vote come Nov. 8.
Over 9,000 of Trumps biggest fans filled the arena for the great movement. And he thanked them profusely.
Weve broke the attendance record, Trump said as he opened his speech, over 30 minutes late, mentioning there were still people filtering in from the outside and asking if he should wait another hour for them. Is there anymore fun than a Trump rally?
It didnt take Trump long in his speech to get the crowd ampd up; all he needed to do was mention Hillary Clinton.
Shes as crooked as a $3 bill, Trump said about Clintons deleted e-mails.
Over the weekend, Wikileaks distributed Clintons Wall Street speeches.
I love Wikileaks, Trump declared....

NO...
More like audio tapes and email dumps by Hillary ‘Women’ on every Wednesday AM, Thursday Night and Friday before 10:30 AM every week until November 8.
This is their strategy and it is designed as a two edged sword, ONE, to take away the power of wiki and document dumps. TWO, to slander Trump with more shXt than he could possibly have had time to do, with more whores than he could possibly know... to drive conservative Christians away from the polls...
And they will have continual polling that PROVES trump CANNOT win... just like BREXIT was pushed.
Shots will be fired by the One World Order Globalist Cult. Losing this election would be the loss of their lives. literally. People will go to the gas chamber with what Hillary has had them do, and that they have done.
Trump has enough support to win no matter what they do... but I am concerned as you, that they might go so far as to assassinate him, or stage a mass attack at a meeting somewhere.
Hillary might even fatally poison Bill’s AIDS medications... to get the sympathy for “hillary the abused but faithful wife” aka: huma carpet muncher...
Would she do that? HELL YES SHE CAN AND WOULD!
On the other hand, I have read several stories that showed the local GOP doing a good job for Trump. I'm sure some states are better than others.
And we know what happened four years ago. Romney's election day get out the vote imploded when the software did not work until 4 pm and by that time it was too late. It turns out no one tested the software, which was a shocking oversight.
It is difficult to know for certain how much it helps. The hope is that those people who show up for the down ballot races will vote for Trump...it does stand to reason that is what will happen.
Even the Koch brothers are running their own get out the vote operation for down ballot candidates. They did not endorse Trump, so they are not working for him, but they are spending gobs of money on it. It's got to help Trump.
Hmmm....interesting point. I had not thought of that. Yes, I think it will get uglier, too. I think Trump needs to go 100% negative on Hillary. People may not like her, but I don’t think they know how deeply corrupt she is.
I think people have become numb to the corruption. They fail to realize what true vulgarity is, and she’s the epitome of it.
I was impressed with the crowd at WilksBarre! They roared like no other lol!
And that little tot that Trump brought up to the mike...wasn’t he something!!? He was too little to coach, and he told the crowd that he wanted to stay with Trump! He even had a Trump haircut ...gosh I sure did laugh when first seeing that little guy.
And I’m liking RSB’s coverage of the events, too. They’re doing a good job.
Numb to the corruption? Not a good sign. I don’t doubt you. Hillary is not your run of the mill corrupt politician doing favors and getting rich with inside information.
They have nothing else to hold on to - desperation all around.
My great grandparents on my dad’s side lives in Wilkes Barrie. My grandmom told me about when she was living near Wilkes and my took the streetcar there.
My grandmom said she loved The Boston Store and Pomeroys, both wrecked by the floods in 1973...
It was a great ride and didn’t cost much, back in the late ‘50s. :-)
Oh no...were they? I had no idea; I didn’t even know about the flood of ‘73, as I was living in Chicago by then. :-(
I worked in a little town near there — Pittston — back in the late ‘60s and early ‘70s. Pretty area.
It was a lovely area, when I went to school in Kingston. It really WAS a time to get nostalgic about, when viewed from today’s eyes.
