Something very similar is why she either won’t appear for the debate, or will insist on both she and Trump debate from reclining La-Z-Boy chairs. Though she is in excellent health, she’s still weak from her bout with “pneumonia”.

She isn't mentally ill. Mental illness is a real disease with physical, and most likely genetic causes. I have manic-depression and it is as real condition as you can get. But it only touches my emotions, not my soul. Many very good people, much better than I, have mental illness.
Hillary Clinton isn't mentally ill. She chose to have the character she possesses. She chose on her own to be a luster for power, to be petty and vindictive, to be evil. She is the person she wanted to be all along and that can't be laid at the feet of any disease. Even if there was something haywire in her brain, she has to answer for it. This isn't a crutch. And a truly good person will understand that. And won't shrink away from being held accountable for his or her actions. But Hillary isn't good. And that's her decision.
