This will go down in history as another “Who is John Galt”.
98% of his supporters don’t know what an ‘Aleppo’ is either - call it a wash...
They must be reading the polls showing Johnson hurting Clinton more than Trump.
Groucho’s brother??
just a theory..
his financial angel (probably Soros) was hoping he’d help defeat Trump but instead he’s pulling more votes away from HilLiary (logical... he has a lot of far leftist/stateist views and of course he’s pro- pothead)
so....
he was told to Take A Dive
just a theory
They’re going to try to pull this kind of gotcha on Trump, during the debates, I imagine.
He’s an idiot.
I think it captures Johnson’s befuddlement better if the quote is presented as “What is a leppo?”.
It was a setup to a guy eager and gratefull for air time:
“What is Uh Leppo?”
Too bad but, Guy is dork anyway....
Dear Mike Barnicle and Frida Ghitis,
What about Ouagadougou?
I do not want a president who can spout action plans for any place on earth at the drop of a hat. I want a president who will, after conferring with subject matter experts and his wise advisers, make a sound, reasoned decision.
BTW. Mike & Frida, you’ve fallen into the usual trap of the “gotcha” merchants. It is not a matter of having the ‘correct’ answer to your question; the crucial element is asking the correct question.
In ths case, Aleppo is not the core issue, Islam is.
Manufactured Hit Job on Johnson...a coordinated talking point media event..becasue he is drawing the most votes from the Beast
The media must kill Gary Johnson because he takes more votes from Hillary than Trump.
I’m thinking that Johnson’s little gaff isn’t going to amount to much at all as far as rearranging the furniture. It will be forgotten in less than a week.
At least he didn’t ask, “what’s up with that dog food brand?”
Who gives a rat’s ass about Aleppo?
Seriously, it’s not our problem.
I’m not voting for the guy, but he actually comes off sympathetic here. It felt like a deliberate takedown. Why not just ask him about Syria? Are we to believe the majority of the Morning Joe audience is so urbane as to be familiar with a specific area in the country?
Johnson: "Nothing. I would continue to give them Purina like I always have. WTH does that have to do with the Middle East anyways?"
Johnson voters are too mellow to care and he acts as a vote sucker against Clinton.
