He made no such call. How are they going to hack a dismantled computer sitting in an FBI crime lab? His comment was made from the perspective that they already had the emails and they almost certainly do.

They are all so dishonest. Almost every story I have read has said this: “particularly his call for Russia to hack and release Hillary Clinton’s personal emails,”

NO NO NO!! No call to “hack” - as has been described by many others, the server is no longer and couldn’t be hacked anyway. But he NEVER called for anyone to hack anything - simply said “if you have them, why not turn them over?”
