After fending off attempts to change the Republican Partys official position on LGBT issues and traditional marriage, a coalition of social conservatives cautiously celebrated an early victory Monday afternoon.
Before the Grand Old Party picks its presidential nominee formally, a select set of delegates on the platform committee will spend the week staking out Republican positions on everything from domestic to international issues definitively.

I’m glad its in there, I guess, but this is about as useful as teats on a bull. The laws and DOJ lawsuits aren’t going to change based on a Republican Party platform. These types of “victories” are inconsequential.

The posted article is another misleading article about DONALD TRUMP. Jenner will speak at an unofficial off-site event.
The American Unity Fund, a conservative non-profit organization that promotes LGBT rights, will sponsor the gathering, according to a news release. The group advocates for LGBT nondiscrimination legislation, and works to halt legislation that would damage LGBT rights. Conservative activist Montel Williams will also attend the event.

thanks

I am objecting to the way they are trying to dictate morality as a Party instead of holding to the Founder’s vision of a small federal government and the states in control of micromanaging local community standards. They need to get the feds off our necks.
