That's what he should pound on. His polls must be telling him not to single out LaRaza, but I don't know why.
They tried to say they were not the same group. It was shown that they were tied to the other group and that the lawyers last summer decided NO ONE was to work with Trump or Trump businesses.
This judge also continued the case when the original girl was withdrawn since her evaluations of the University at graduation(?) were glowing. Lawsuit goes on after finding unhappy students to continue after original has to drop out? Since when?
Judge actually was an anchor baby for family...Father never a citizen ( death certificate published today) and Mother only after he was 18.
Republicans shouting racist are as guilty as Obama calling the police stupid...or the other rush to judgment things he has done.
Little by little Trump is proved right...again!
RYAN may be the biggest LOSER.
The very name of the group is unarguably inherently racist.
no, he hasn’t “won” because no one knows about the La Raza aspect, outside of FR and a few other sympathetic places
everyone has been led to believe that Trump is denigrating the judge simply for being “Mexican”....it was not phrased properly or explained properly, and of course a hostile media is happy to run with the worst interpretation of trump’s words.... this is an unfortunate own-goal, which can still be overcome but which has not so far been “won” at all
I doubt many outside of right wing news junkie sites know anything about Curiel, except that he is a Mexican under racist attack by Trump.
Trump has not pushed the major points of Curiel’s extremist connections. However, when the Trump U case is thrown out on appeal for judicial misconduct, Trump will be vindicated. Unfortunately, that’s a long time in coming.
The misconduct? Stating in an order that Trump has questioned the conduct of the trial, and then ordering sealed documents opened, later calling it a “mistake” and resealing them. A completely obvious case of illegal reprisal from the bench. https://ballotpedia.org/Gonzalo_Curiel near bottom of page.
