Colorado sends 37 delegates to the GOP convention, but will not hold a statewide vote to determine how those delegates are apportioned. The party had planned a straw poll that would have been binding for the delegates, but later canceled the vote. Instead, the party will hold a convention to determine how to apportion its 13 statewide delegates.
This process works ever so much easier when the voting public is left out.

The Colorada GOP has stolen the election from the conservative republicans of Colorado. The state might as well be blue and someday will die the death of blue states like California. Nice, if Cruz can get most of these CO delegates, then win all 42 WI delegates, and also get those up in ND, he could close the gap with Trump by 80 to 90 delegates going into NY!
