Cruz didn't win D.C.'s caucus, and the majority of WY's delegates will likely go to Trump after Cruz's cluster-fark meltdown over the weekend.

So Cruz's 11 delegates will be his last victory. Tuesday is lights out for Trump. Cruz has lost 30% of his Twitter followers and his campaign is in the red.
