Yet Another of Mexico's Finest
The Market-Ticker ^ | March 9, 2016 | Karl Denninger

Posted on 03/09/2016 8:36:45 AM PST by SatinDoll

Paul Ryan, Mitch McConnell, Hillary, Sanders, Obama and Ted Cruz all want more of these people in the country. They are all "one world" folks who believe in no borders and no border security. They lie about their positions when these sort of events happen, but one need only follow the money, all of which leads straight back to places like Goldman Sachs that provided a nice, cushy loan for Cruz (which he failed to disclose as required during his senate campaign) and his wife has a direct connection there through employment.

Serrano-Vitorino is accused of murdering four men late Monday night at his neighbor’s home in Kansas City, Kan. He was also wanted in connection with the shooting death of 49-year-old Randy Nordman in Montgomery County.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) said in a statement late Tuesday that Serrano-Vitorino was a Mexican national who was in the U.S. illegally.

He was deported in 2004 too, and our lack of border enforcement -- and no wall -- made it trivial for him to come back, which he did and then murdered four people.

Yes, we can have eight more years of this **** on top of the 30+ we've already suffered under both Democrats and Republicans.

Or we can have Trump who will put a stop to it.

Immigration, a border wall, and jobs - that is what is attracting voters to Trump.

The North American Union (NAU), which Ted and Heidi Cruz support, wipes out our sovereignty as a self-governing nation. We do not even get to vote on whether we want to join with Canada and Mexico, and the people of those two nations do not get to vote on the issue, either.

“Paul Ryan, Mitch McConnell, Hillary, Sanders, Obama and Ted Cruz”

One of these things is not like the others. Cruz has a record of opposing attempts by international bodies to impinge our sovereignty, see Medellin v. Texas (552 U.S. 491).

Here is a Wiki link: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Medellin_v._Texas

The NAU is a bit of a Strawman, for all the angst and rending of garments around here, it has never gone anywhere and Mrs. Cruz contribution seems to have been to a paragraph discussing free market economics.

From my perspective as a Texas voter, Cruz has done and continues to do what we hired him to do. Defend our Constitution.

Since when does a Canadian care about our Constitution? The man has sealed his documents concerning his citizenship.

How dare you bring truth and reality into the picture!

Well as a one time Cruz fan it appears that Ted is not as severely conservative as he would have us believe. He’s a Canadamabian, with fishy Goldman Sachs, Citibank campaign loans, a NWO wife and now Neil Bush joining his campaign to help with finances. Neil Bush the guy who was lucky to escape jail in the S&L fiasco. Not a stellar profile.

What sealed? Pictures of his birth certificate have been posted on FR multiple times. He freely admits where he was born.

His natural born citizenship is established by his mother. Documents only verify an existing status on paper, registering it at a consulate or embassy is for administrative convenience. A DNA test or sworn statement to a court that he is her son would be an equal, but more cumbersome method of establishing parentage and citizenship.

Unless you can show that his mother renounced her citizenship in accordance with U.S. law, he was naturally born a citizen.

The fact that Canada, simultaneously considered him a citizen is irrelevant, as it is independent of our Constitution and laws.

I’m not clear on the concept of why employment by a company (Goldman Sachs)that is perceived as representative of all the bad aspects of anti-conservative policies makes all their employees anti-conservative and beyond the pale of any participation in conservative politics.

Can anyone explain the employment conundrum?

“Cruz has done and continues to do what we hired him to do. Defend our Constitution.”

Yeah...

Ted Cruz’s ‘consistent conservative’ record:

TPA/TPP
Corker bill
Married to Goldman Sachs
Harvard lawyer
Freshman Senator
Government careerist
No executive experience
Cuban/Canadian/American
Was for more H1-B visas before he was against them
Hasn’t been attacked by Mitt Rove (wonder why?)

He still has the Teddy and Soccer ball Cruz and Beck gave him.

There is nothing ‘conservative’ about Cruz's VAT tax plan. I am stunned after we fought off Clinton/Gore's attempts to institute a VAT tax, that NO conservative mouth pieces are even willing to address the liberalism of a VAT tax... Sure is diametrically opposite of ‘TeaPary’ ... no taxation without representation.

“The man has sealed his documents concerning his citizenship.”

That’s the second time I’ve seen that.

If Ted has really sealed his birth records, it’s a frightening parallel to another first term Senator who became President.

That list cracks me up everytime I see it!

Wondering, has Cruz denounced fellow teddy bear giver Beck??
WTH not?

Yep, I really really really believe Ted is for border control and tossing illegals out, what with a comment like ‘we’ll have a dialogue about that’ really reassures me! lol

Using Karl’s line of thinking we can conclude that Trump wants to kill all babies because afterall he supported partial birth abortion and has donated hundreds of thousands to those that support it.

Ted is less than credible where it comes to border security and illegal aliens. He’s been forced every step of the way, to adopt positions that mirror those of most Americans.

For most of the race, Ted has squirmed like a cornered animal, when people have tried to pin him down on illegal immigration. Anyone who’s failed to notice his evasions, is just willfully blind.

Did you really intend to post that reply to me?

I see no reference in the article I linked to GS.

Not that I have any fondness for anyone associated with GS.

His mother, Eleanor, repudiated her US citizenship and became a Canadian citizen before Ted was born. That is why he has Canadian BC - he was registered as a Canadian.

Only Canadians could own a business - Americans in Canada can not. And Canada did not “simultaneously” consider him a dual citizen as that did not exist until seven years after his birth.
