I was shocked, and still am, that thinking conservaltives actually support him for president.

Right, because "thinking conservatives" would obviously support the candidate that lies about his citizenship status to get elected to the Senator. Or votes for TPA, not based on what his constituents want, but based on what his campaign finances demand. And of course "thinking conservatives" would always support legislation that transfers congressional powers to the executive branch like the corker bill does. Let's just be honest here, you should be avoiding the middleman and just elect goldman sachs directly.
