Pro-Jeb Bush Super PAC Right to Rise has conducted an internal poll in SC that finds Donald Trump and Ted Cruz in an extremely tight race.
The results list Trump at 26 percent, and Cruz at 24 percent, with Bush and Marco Rubio coming in a distant third and fourth with 12 and 11 percent respectively, according to a report by Politico.
Right to Rise polling is now being conducted by South Carolina veteran political strategist Richard Quinn.
In the Politico report Quinn states: "This is clearly a tight, volatile race that could produce most any result over the next six days."
What's more is that Right to Rise has shown precision accuracy in their internal polls of late. On February 8th, just hours before the New Hampshire Primary, Right to Rise released a poll showing Bush rising to 12 percent and notching third place while Rubio fell to fifth.
The results were eerily similar as Bush just narrowly missed third place and 12 percent, and Rubio did indeed fall to fifth.
The most recent SC poll was conducted between Thursday and Saturday, which is interesting because it does not take the candidates' debate performances into account. Bearing that in mind, this primary race may be even more volatile than expected.
I think Trumpmania is starting to wear off now that the facts are getting out. Republicans just aren’t duped as easily as Democrats.
“What I donât understand is why a Bush super PAC would release this polling data.”
For the same reason Limbaugh has been promoting this poll — propaganda technique know as bandwagon, also power of suggestion. Trying to make it seem Cruz is inevitable. In politics, perception is reality.
In a “New York minute” to coin a phrase.
REUTERS ROLLING: #TRUMP 40.8%, #CRUZ 16.9%, #CARSON 11.5%..

Hmmm, what to believe....this is in breaking btw
Yep, Cruz would definitely become the frontrunner if he wins SC.
rofl.....your choice.
Who is the red head posting as a feminist?
Come on man.
Only your polls are good, right?
Indeed, both parties are equally duped when it comes to career politicians.
When’s the national primary?
C'mon, the red head the Bush team sent to Trump's rally as a "feminist" who was then subsequently outed as a Bush campaign member.
Think there is any love between Bush and Trump?......, Bush knows he is not going to win, but he will do his best to make damned sure Trump has it harder. that’s my take, and good for him.
So what will it mean if Cruz “underperforms” this poll and somehow loses to Trump by double digits?
Wasn’t that many months ago?
Voters are really focusing now, and I think Trump may have hit a high water mark in NH. The not-Trump vote is looking to coalesce around a candidate, and that likely is Cruz or Rubio. Given Cruz’ stronger stand on immigration over Rubio, plus his experience as a SCOTUS law clerk and arguing cases before the Supremes, I’d give him the edge. Complicating factor is Jeb staying in the race well after his “use by” date and the impact that will have. No matter what, any ‘Pub candidate — Trump included — is preferable to the two Communists barfed up by the ‘RATS.
I don’t think many people want Trump’s ultra liberal sister on the SC. It’s probably a given if he’s elected.
LOL!!!
For the if I keep posting it, it may become true crowd.
