Come on Trump, haven’t you ever heard of the mercy rule.
Trump isn’t preventing the other candidates from getting their message out.
Take yourself as an example. I expect you will be glued to the channel with Cruz, where he can outline his positions for you and everyone else watching.
He gets to do that without interruption (more or less), something that wouldn’t happen if Trump was there. By way of proof, look at the circuses called debates. We learn little to nothing on those.
What Trump is doing is campaigning by being on another channel at the same time. He’s daring viewers.
I’m reasonably sure he thinks that the Cruz show will be too dull for most viewers, and they will switch to the Trump Show.
I think Trump is right.
OK "student," here's a little quiz for you. If you were a candidate running for office against about four other people, and you could dominate the public forum enough to insure your message was the most heard, why in the world would you want to "give them the oxygen to explain their positions?"
