You could hold a gun to my head and threaten to pull the trigger and I still would not vote for Trump, even for dog catcher.

Thank you for sharing. You do realize of course that with the balance of the Supreme Court now altered that the whole equation has changed. That means that any eligibility lawsuit filed in an area with a liberal appeals court will probably end up with a thumbs down for Ted. It will be immediately passed up to the Supreme Court, but they will now deadlock and the appeals court ruling will stand. It is simple arithmetic... 1 dead supreme court justice equals no presidency for Ted Cruz. It really is that simple.

I think the trouble is that you are believing I minority legal opinion opined by your movie star candidate. There has not been a successful case made against Cruz. There will certainly not be a SCOTUS case after he is elected.

I seriously doubt there will ever be a case brought to the higher courts because Cruz is eligible. Both by Statute at the time he was born, and by Constitutional understandings voiced by the first Congresses.

I decline to get into this any deeper as I have already done so and it's tediously boring but you can be assured that no case will be brought to the high courts and they cannot even have standing until he is elected, after which the matter becomes a political one and is generally avoided by the courts.
