Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton responds to Ted Cruz likening the crisis Flint, Michigan to New Orleans after Katrina because both cities were governed by "far left Democrats for decades." Clinton said she does not know what world Cruz lives in, but it is one that she does will not govern as president.
"I don't know what Senator Cruz is talking about half the time he talks and I'm sure not going to respond to everything he says. Whatever world he lives in is not the world I've lived in my whole life and the world that I'm going to govern as president," Clinton said Sunday....

Possibly........but I think it's more about the fact that Cruz (out of all the Republican candidates) is an anomaly, and that scares the crap out of Hillary AND the Democratic party.
