Young Women in NH ‘Offended’ Clinton Using Gender as Political Tool

Young women in New Hampshire were offended by the way Hillary Clinton uses her gender to garner support, an MSNBC survey revealed Friday.

When MSNBC anchor Tamron Hall asked young female voters about Hillary Clinton's claim on Wednesday that she is not an establishment candidate because she is a woman, they responded negatively.

One of the respondents said that she did not like how Clinton assumed that her feminism was identical to the feminism of all women.

"I also am a woman. I also face discrimination as being a woman. Her feminism does not represent my feminism, and I think it's really important to differentiate that," one young woman said. Her complaint is a common one among young women and reveals a generational divide within the Democratic Party.

Generation X, early 40’s woman here. Everyone I know was offended by that comment. If they weren't, they were to embarrassed to speak up in support of her. And the Clintonistas I know (a few) aren't afraid to speak up for her. But they had nothing to say after this comment.

My teenage daughter, who has made some light mutterings about liking Bernie Sanders, is offended by this as well. As are all of her similarly aged, and overwhelmingly “Progressve” friends who are wading into politics for the first time.

They HATE Hillary, and are ticked off at first being told that they need to vote for her to “prove” their womanhood, then being subjected to SJW bullying/shaming when they don’t do what they’re told.

I mentioned Gloria Steinham’s “you’re just supporting Bernie to get the attention of boys” comment and her response was “Who’s Gloria Steinham and why do I care?”

I’m guessing that this is because NH is a “white” state with a better-than-average educated population. The gender card will work with low-IQ women of all races.
