You are correct, I apologize for my mistake. I did not intend to misrepresent the date, in my haste to add to the discussion I pulled a piece with the relevant quote from a CBS piece dated June of 2015, I should have seen that it was a quote from 1999. Sorry, I will endeavor to keep the reputation and standard of FR above reproach.
