He used to be more conservative, but has sided with Boehner for the past several years. I live in his district and have been writing him about several important votes, but he voted with Boehner anyway.

His scores on a bunch of scorecards in recent years are not so hot. This is the most Republican district in the state.
I know nothing of McCarter though.
