I think he means if his poll numbers were down to 1-2% - they will skewer the polls in order to get him to drop out. He needs to clarify this position.

I just heard Trump on Levin’s radio show this evening, and I have to say this man sounded outstanding.
He is really honing his delivery or how he presents his ideas.

I watched 2 minutes of Megan tonight and that is all she was talking about. Quoting unknown polls. Changed the channel quickly.
The second sentence isn’t true. Trump did NOT say he’d quit if he began to drop in the polls. What he actually said was a hint to the bottom dwellers. He said he is not a masochist. So if his polling numbers went down and hung between 4% and 0 he’d drop out and go back to his businesses.
and yet they maintain that “polls this early don’t matter”. Polls never matter when you’re losing in them. As soon as you start winning though, they mean EVERYTHING.
A big problem for Donald Trump is that social conservatives have had the good sense to choose a single candidate — Ben Carson — to support instead of dividing their votes among an array of social conservatives including Ted Cruz and Mike Huckabee.
So now that Ben Carson is tied with Donald Trump and even beginning to pull ahead in some polls, the great Donald Trump vision of personal invincibility is being destroyed.
How can Donald Trump make America great again if he can’t even beat a candidate whom he has criticized for being a mere doctor who’s unfit for the presidency?

You won’t believe this. I stumbled on MyGYN ( the bleeder kelly) . She had the Trump “hit Crew” on!! They were touting a “national Poll” with Carson leading ( to fit the false narrative). MyGYN mentioned that the “poll” was “357” people. Then she asked Chris Liarwalt was that a good poll. He said “ a poll is a poll”
Does the GOPe actually think this crap will work. “OHH I saw a poll and I want carson!!”
