I listened a little to Medved. His line of attack on Trump voters is, and this is a quote, “why do you think Trump is the saviour?” He actually admits that a “good” President will not “fix things, just run the country better, maybe cut taxes”. I think all of this paranoia is very similar to the attacks on Buchanan a few election cycles ago. As long as he was a non-candidate he was a “member in good standing”. When he went for the nomination he was quickly branded a racist anti-Semite. The result, he went third party and then was blamed for Bob (let’s make a deal) Doles’ loss in ‘96.

I saw Dr. Carson on anchor babies, great response. Sounds like Trump on this issue.

Your husband is right. And he’s not talking about a “used car salesman”. He’s talking about someone who can sell something because he believes in it. And the best salesman is the one who can sell himself.

I consider Sanders the false prophet of a tried and failed political system, seen time and time again.

I’m a Nativist. America has been open-arms to invaders ever since the Vietnamese boat people, whether they were practicing VietCong, or not.

the most dangerous person you’ll encounter is someone who believes he has nothing left to lose.

Absent an argument on issues, they must resort to ad hominem.

I completely agree that there is a large swath of voters out there (and they’re not all Republicans… many of them might not even normally be voters) who feel completely abandoned by the government and the leadership of both parties. People like that would certainly be attracted to a new voice echoing the things they feel. But that doesn’t mean that they are desperate or have “nothing left to lose.” Maybe they’re just tired of the status quo and want something better. That may be precisely the opposite of desperation… it just might be hope.

It's called the country class who want their country back from the corrupt political and corporate elites who have lost touch with the people and pursue their own interests even if it means destroying the country.

I listened to the press conference on you tube at Derry, NH. Trump is sooooo presidential managing & taking questions from the press! I almost forgot that he wasn’t president yet - that’s how good he was!

None of them are going to close the border. Do you believe everything you hear. Trump closing the border is as believable as Trump’s saying he had a blockbuster info on Obama’s birth certificate. Do you remember that big lie Trump told? If you follow Trump’s career, you know he would encourage illegal immigration.

Personally speaking, I can’t imagine how one Donald Trump could possibly be worse than Hillary, Sanders, Biden, O’Malley, John Kerry, Elizabeth Warren, or any other Obama/Marxist wannabee.

Perpetual politicians steeped in Marx and a Republican Party who sleeps with them in the legislative chamber of Congress are not my idea of good ole boy American representation.

Donald Trump strikes me as a gregarious all American who made it big and brash, and could make a million times better president than the usual Skull Club crowd out of Harvard, Yale and Princeton.

There is nothing wrong with a common man who made good serving his country as president.

Exactly right.

Things could get much worse with Jeb Bush or some other chump presiding as president, like Biden or John Kerry.

I think Trump has at least as good sense as anyone running, frankly. He is just unknown to our trust meter. The ones we trust may not rise to the occasion and inspire a victory. Minorities are going to get courted by Trump sooner or later and chances are it will be there first view of inspiration (since Reagan) from our side of the aisle.

I think he may bring them along in a way that no other candidate can.

You need to add several Republicans to your list of unacceptable alternatives.

The establishment is reaping what they sowed..... screw the establishment.

They shouldn’t have ignored the citizen.
