Trump has realized the apology is the error. Take the heat and ride through it and you appear tough and the MSM naggers scamper.

Apologizing is the error.

Trump is completely controlling the agenda for BOTH parties right now.

We need to redefine what the moderate position is. By pushing hard right, Trump is making Ted Cruz middle of the road, which is great.

If Trump apologizes for anything, the media will be all over it. They’ll be saying it was a horrible mistake and will likely end his campaign. They would repeat it over and over until a lot of people believed it.

We live in times where people have the attention span of a goldfish, you can whip them into a frenzy for about 10 minutes, and sadly for too long folks just cave trying to disarm the 10 minute frenzy instead of saying grow up, you are being offended by nothing and letting it die its own death 10 minutes later when something else distracts them...

By apologizing they keep the thing in the news and capitulate on a point that often isn’t even worth capitulating to once you are dealing with calmer heads.

I think Ted Cruz has to be the happiest candidate other than Trump.

Think about it, what was the biggest knock on Cruz before Trump came along.... He was TOO EXTREME. After several doses of Trump, Cruz is sounding like the voice of reason to a lot more people now than he did before Trump.

Ah, the old adage: “Don’t complain, don’t explain”.
