It looks to me like Fox is not going to release the list of polls that they used to make their Top 10 selection.
And ... looking at the most recent polls on Real Clear Politics it is difficult for me to see how Cruz could end up with a 5-poll average of 5.4. He is nearly a point higher on RCP.
Could Fox News be conspiring to keep Cruz down? Personally I would not put it past the All Jeb Network to do so.

Baier listed the polls they used at the announcement. They included Quinnipiac, an excluded Bloomberg.

YES, they could and THEY ARE. They won’t even mention his name. And, how about all those pictures on their website .. have you ever seen a bigger bunch of lousy pictures in your life ..?? I’ve seen a lot better pictures on other networks .. but somehow FOX has gone rogue .. and Cruz and any other conservative is left out of the conversation.
SHAME ON YOU FOX .. YOUR ONCE TRIPLE THE msm RATINGS WILL SOON BE GONE. HOPE YOU HAD A GOOD TIME WHILE IT LASTED.
