The most pressing business for Cruz is to consolidate support on the party’s right, which will require reducing Scott Walker from Destroyer of Unions to just a guy who talks out of both sides of his mouth.

A lot of us who are for Cruz first, and Walker second, with reservations about both, appreciate that Cruz has not done that. There is a lot of low hanging fruit, such as Dr. Ben Carson who was grabbing about 11% before Trump jumped into the pool. Carson also has about $10 million to stay in for a while. Huckster also still polls decently.

Walker's votes don't necessarily all go to Cruz. Like it or not, a substantial segmaent of primary voters want a governor, NOT a Senator. Walker takes votes from John Ellis Bush as well as from Cruz, Carson, Jindal, Santorum, Huckabee, etc. While the illegal alien issue and Common Core are not Walker's strong points, those of us who have lived and/or worked in Wisconsin would not even dream of categorizing him as weak or a flip-flopper in general.

That was a direct quote from the article, not my personal assessment of Gov. Walker’s integrity.

Really? When a person hits the national stage of politics and the lights of multi-media shine on them from angles they’ve never encountered, you see more than one Profile.
