“IOWA - Idiots Out Wandering Around. 70 is all he could get.”

Have you ever been here to Iowa?

70 people to hear a candidate at this point in the process in a small town; isn’t a bad turnout.

People have many other things to do in the summer other than going out to hear political candidates.

Good. I hope he hits all 99 Iowa Counties at least 2 times before the Iowa Caucuses Feb. 2, 2016.

when he voted in the Senate for ObamaTrade he ended is chances with Conservatives.

BULLSHIT! Most Conservatives are smarter than that. They don’t write off an outstanding candidate because of one vote. Quit embarrassing yourself.

Quit embarrassing yourself.

You really don't get irony, do you? Read your post. By the way, he did end his chances, period.

But, don’t they know, Cruz is a traitor, he supported TPA. He votes with Obama and wants to give him full power. WHY would he be campaigning in IA if he has lost 95% of his support? I am soooo confused /sarc

Hey naps,

Where is Walker? Is he in IA? Oh wait, he hasn’t declared yet. Never mind.

Now, about that Patriot Act and TPP thing...

Poor guy has a job to do. He doesn’t have the advantage of others who can leave their jobs for extended times and nobody notices. Walker is the leader of his state and if he left, it would not be good. He’ll announce once the session is over and the work is done. Walker’s philosophy is work before play.....unfortunately the others don’t share that.

Paid people? He isn’t Trump.

Get a clue. Cruz is the best we have. You are good at spouting talking points and trying to tear down Cruz. BTW, if he is not what is best for America, then why bother commenting?

How do you support?

You still haven’t said who you support, G.

Why is that?

LOL...right, others don’t share that.

I guess he wasn’t too busy to say he supports TPP and the Patriot Act though.

Prove it with the VOTE he provided. Never mind. You can’t. Again because you only care about platitudes and shiny speeches. I don’t give a care what Governor Walker says.....I only care about what Governor Walker does. He can say he is for unions, but his reality shows that he is against unions. You love to hear your candidate at events. I want to see my candidate working.

Unlikely anyone in Red Oak, Iowa, was paid to attend.

Cruz has already lined up Matt Schultz, former Iowa Secretary of State and rising young GOP star, the likely endorsement of popular conservative Congressman Steve King, radio host Steve Deace, and Joel and Kelsey Kurtinitus, prominent former Paul backers.

In a place like Red Oak, anyone local is going to be known, and someone pretending to be local would be pretty obvious.

The best we have! So he claims that Obamatrade is what is best for America. Have you seen the deal. Because I have not? So i am to trust some guy whom claims he knows that what deals Obama has negotiated I should trust. Really trust Obama and DC?

So you have to swear at me and accuse me of not being a conservative. Many conservatives do not trust Cruz for his vote. The guy came out repeatedly to defend himself and only made it worse for himself. Treating the taxpayers and voters like they are children and he is superior to them

The only embarrassment is yourself when you have to resort to profanity and pretending that you are my parent. Yes Cruz is outstanding - out standing in a field of mindless people whom believe he has made the right choices. Continue to attack others whom do not support your ideals and the use of profanity will get you banned from FR.

SoCon....though Cruz is campaigning he has not stopped fighting the good fight and doing his job....lookie here!

...”Cruz Moves to Fine State Department for Illegally Withholding Key Iran Report”......

Sen. Ted Cruz (R., Texas) is seeking to fine the State Department for illegally withholding the release of a key report on Iranian human rights abuses that was supposed to be released earlier this year, but was withheld, according to sources, in order to appease Iran as negotiations over its nuclear program approach a June 30 deadline.

“That report was due by law on February 25,” Cruz told the Washington Free Beacon in an interview. “The Obama State Department simply ignored the law. They refused to produce the report. Months have gone by and they continue to refuse to produce the report.”

Angered by this delay, Cruz is gearing up to file legislation this week that would fine the State Department 5 percent of its budget for every 30 days it postpones releasing the report, according to a copy of the bill viewed by the Free Beacon.

“It is a penalty for willfully violating federal law,” Cruz explained. “This is also a policy decision that is profoundly counterproductive.”

“This simply puts a financial bite into the obligation because the Obama administration has demonstrated a willingness over and over again to violate federal law,” Cruz added.
