This kind of reads like a regional spit ball fight.

I hold no one in the Wisconsin governor’s mansion responsible for understanding the gorilla facts on the ground to the level of knowledge of the border states, especially while in hand to hand combat himself, against the Union and its thugs.

That every candidate not born on the border is on a learning curve about the dangers occurring there should not be all that surprising.

Cruz and Walker are most everyone’s favorite to beat Bush. We need to take care of these guys.

1. Walker ADMITTED he changed his position. That alone makes it non-”Clintonesque”.

2. The two things that Walker did that is at all related to illegal immigration were no in state tuition for illegals, and Voter ID. Walker was on the right side of both.

3. This will never be Walker’s signature issue. If this is your #1 issue, go with Cruz or Santorum, but if it Walker vs. Bush a couple of months in, go with Walker.

"Years ago, when I was asked more than about a decade ago when I was a county official about something and giving a quick momentary reaction to that versus in a comment a few years ago as a governor asking a question about it versus actually looking at this issue and saying what is my policy. "

Matt Lewis works for the Cheap Labor Express.
Everything he writes is suspect and should be taken with a boulder of salt.
