President can’t do anything to IRS unless congress goes along and passes the bill. I am sure you are conversant with how our system works! Only bills passed by congress and signed by the president become permanent law. Executive orders can be voided by the new president on 1st day in office.
Yes I’m conversant in Civics 101 thanks. I’m also aware of the long term consequences of executive actions and the potential knock on effects even if rescinded.
