A lot of people have been campaigned against by the Clintons and won. What is Huckabee talking about?

Walker went after the unions that didn’t support his election. The Public Safety Unions got a Pass.

Even now, I never hear him speak, and I've never encountered an article by him on Free Republic. I hear his supporters going on and on, but I don't hear from Walker himself. The excerpt of his speech (above) is one of the few I've seen. Meanwhile, Ted's everywhere. I don't have to look for him. He reaches me through every available channel.

Yep, Cruz is the articulate one, the debate champion from Princeton.

Walker's just the quiet guy who gets things done: CCW, Right to Work, busting the teachers unions power, reducing unemployment, etc, etc.

I think they would make a good team: Cruz articulating positions, and Walker working to make them happen.

Walker failed to mention that he put a ban on weapons in the State building in violation of the law. He also failed to mention that he targeted unions that did not support his election and gave Public Safety Unions a Pass because they did. He also didn’t mention that he pushed through an education bill which was mostly Common Core, before the public knew what was in it. He didn’t mention that he bypassed the Legislature to implement Obamacare. He didn’t mention the Pro-Life Bills that are sitting unsigned on his desk or that he has recognized gay mariages going back to last June, while he has not supported traditional marriage.
We won’t even get into his mutiple positions on illegal immigration.

"A good part of that is your rules and 'conventional wisdom'. Personally, I don't see it working out that way this time. People are pissed at the establishment and their 'conventional wisdom'

/johnny" You're right in that it's 'conventional wisdowm', but rather than rules it's a meme of mine. From a quote I found while reading up on memes: 1 Corinthians 6:12 King James Version (KJV) 12 All things are lawful unto me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of any.

I shall investigate. Thanks for the heads up. Still was nice to see the teachers union get whacked. I HATE Weingarten.

Damning with faint praise, I see. That's fine, but those sort of digs won't inspire others to support Walker.

I agree wholeheartedly on teachers unions. They have done more to harm the educational system in our country than anything else.

“I hope in this election cycle the candidates try to remember who the real enemy is and not spend a lot of time attacking each other.”

Then where would the forum junkies get their daily entertainment?
