Bush doesn’t need Iowa and will probably not try very hard there. He would probably prefer one of the many conservatives to win in Iowa and another in New Hampshire. His tons of money will be spent tearing down the leaders while he doesn’t get very active himself. When the conservatives have been serially overwhelmed and washed out by the Bush money he will begin to run in earnest in the later primaries. He will then win because the conservative candidates have mostly been toppled by each other and the bush $$. He will then be the last man standing and the one without taint of Bush manufactured and paid for scandal. It as an often used strategy and it works. The only hope to beat it is for one conservative to run away with it in the first two and keep going while the rest of the conservatives drop out. But that takes the kind of money only Bush will have. Romney will not run because Bush is running. that is the essence of Next In Line.

Don’t you think there will be a 3-way big money RINO shootout with Jeb, Mitty, and NJFatboy?

Bush money is not the reason he can win nomination.
It is dividing conservative voters among several candidates is how he wins. Very similar to Newt, Santorum, Cain, dividing the votes to alear the path for the lone RINO Mitt.
