The federal government needs to be Neutered by the states or we may as well just dissolve the states into Federally administrated districts. Article V is the LAST EXIT to do this!
No One has represented the ACTUAL STATES interests in almost 100 years and it is really starting to show...
We might as well disolve the damned senate and add two reps per state into the house of representatives if we are not to take the Article V road...
